By engaging our services, including tire replacement, oil changes, brake repairs, and vehicle diagnostics, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Estimates and Pricing

  • All service quotes and estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified.
  • While we strive for absolute accuracy in our estimates, unforeseen mechanical complications during disassembly or repair may require additional parts or labor. We will always obtain your explicit approval before proceeding with any extra work.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment for services rendered, parts supplied, and diagnostic fees is due in full upon completion of work and prior to vehicle release.
  • We accept major payment methods as designated at our shop counter.

4. Warranties and Limitations

  • Parts and labor warranties vary by manufacturer and specific service performed. Details are provided on your final service invoice.
  • GK Tire & Auto Care is not liable for pre-existing mechanical defects or failures unrelated to the specific repairs or parts installed by our technicians.
  • Vehicles left unclaimed for more than 30 days following service completion may be subject to storage fees and handled in accordance with local storage and lien laws.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for removing all personal valuables and items of value from their vehicles prior to leaving them in our care. GK Tire & Auto Care assumes no liability for personal items left inside serviced vehicles.
  • You confirm that you are the registered owner of the vehicle or possess explicit authorization from the owner to authorize repairs.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GK Tire & Auto Care shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services or website usage.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable local jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
